The management team comprises:
• Russell Tierney - Managing Director
• Diane Tierney   - Director/Secretary
• Mick Virgo        - Works Manager/Estimator
• Greg Harvey     - Office Administrator

Our current ratio stands at 1 supervisor to 6.6 employees. Other personnel consist of metal trades, tradespersons working in the company's workshop and on sites around the Goldfields. Of this, 80% of our workforce is made up of long-term personnel that we know and trust. This is important to us, as we know safety will not be compromised as our employees have experience and knowledge, not only of the work, but also of the locations where work is carried out.
